    There are several forms of non-surgical treatment of stress incontinence including: Kegel exercises, biofeedback, medications, and pessaries. 

    Kegel exercises   are exercises to strengthen the voluntary muscles of urinary tract to improve continence. 

    Biofeedback is specialized training methods using detection and stimulation by mechanical or electrical devises to help control incontinence.

    Medication   several medications are used to help promote continence.

    Pessaries are rubber rings worn in the vagina to support the bladder and help improve continence.
